On Saturday night I went to the Gertrude Street Projection Festival in Fitzroy, Melbourne. The busy night life of Gertrude Street had awesome light displays projected on buildings and foot paths, and some other quirky exhibits!
With my trusty tripod out, I really enjoyed capturing the lights and light trails. There were so many creative photo opportunities. I had a blast!
The GSPF has finished for this year, but will be back next year I’m sure. Do go along if you are in Melbourne 🙂
Hope you enjoyed 😉
Here are some photos I took last week in Fitzroy, with my normal camera. Hope you enjoy!
This photo was taken through a hole in a gate, what a little paradise in the midst of Fitzroy!
Hope you enjoyed, and thanks for checking my blog out 🙂
This post is called ‘Phoneography’ as I have used my iPhone to edit the photos in some of the apps that are around.
The apps I used are Camera 360 and iDarkroom. I loved the effect from the cartoon and colour filters especially. You can really try some cool things!
I couldn’t help use my normal camera as well so will post some standard photos from Fitzroy later in the week.
Hope you enjoy 🙂
Thanks for checking out my post!
