Happy New Year for 2018! I went to the Footscray Park celebrations. They had food trucks and music on, and then at 9.30pm fireworks on the Maribyrnong River. I got some great photos, I hope you enjoy 🙂

I hope you had an excellent night bringing in 2014! I was lucky to find a good spot to get some fireworks photos across the Melbourne skyline, we did some light painting too!
These fireworks were at 9.30pm from Footscray Park.

Hi everyone,
I hope your weekend is going well. Until the end of August, Docklands have free Friday night fireworks that go for about 10 minutes from 7pm. I went along last Friday to take some photos.
It was a first time for me taking photos of fireworks, but I think they turned out pretty well!
All of these were taken with my Sony RX100 on a tripod. The manual settings were:
ISO: 125 Â Â Aperture:Â f10 Â Â Shutter: 5 sec
Definitely worth photographing fireworks, quite fun!
